We’ve updated our Terms of Service, Official Rules, Privacy Policy and Responsible Social Gaming Policy (together, the “Terms”).

A short summary of the material changes is set out below. Please review all updated policies for further details.

Terms of Service

The DEFINITION "YottaCash" has been introduced largely replacing the previous definition of Tickets. The DEFINITION of Tickets has been revised in tandem.
The DEFINITION(s) of "Content", "Sweepstakes Games" and "Virtual Currencies" has been revised to incorporate "YottaCash".
The term YottaCash has been incorporated throughout the Terms of Service, including but not limited to Sections 2, 4, 6, 8 & 15.

Official Rules

YottaCash has been introduced throughout the Official Rules largely replacing the previous function of Tickets from version 1.1.
Sections 5, 6 & 7 have been revised to reflect the impact of YottaCash on the YottaBall game and prizes. YottaBall game prizes are now awarded in YottaCash which can be redeemed 1:1 with USD subject to requirements outlined in the Official rules.
YottaBall game prizes have increased.
Rewards for funds deposited into Yotta Savings have been revised. You can earn YottaCash for USD deposited with Yotta. Eligible customers earn a 5% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) in YottaCash on their USD balance, awarded on a daily basis.

The Yotta debit card is issued by two financial institutions:

- The Yotta Visa® Debit Card is issued by Thread Bank, member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
- The Yotta Mastercard Debit card is issued by Evolve Bank & Trust, member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard.

Lending services are offered via Synapse Credit LLC. Yotta does not own or collect on any debt at any phase of the lending cycle.

Lending services are currently only available in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. 1) Early access to direct deposit depends on the timing of the submission of the payment file from the payer. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.

*Please note that odds for percentage cash or tickets back on a per transaction basis depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to transaction size, category and point of sale.

**Please note that the approximate Average Annual Savings Reward of 2.70% is a statistical estimate based on the probabilities of matching numbers each night. The Annual Savings Reward will vary from member to member depending on one’s luck in the Daily Drawings and is subject to change in the future.
